Novara owns and administers subsidiary companies that hold long-term, diversified residential and commercial real estate investments. This page describes the holding structure in general terms. It does not identify specific properties, subsidiaries, or values.
Structure
Held through subsidiary companies
Each investment is held through a subsidiary company. That company holds the property, arranges its own financing, signs its own contracts, and carries its own insurance. Novara’s role is ownership. It holds and administers the subsidiary and exercises the approval rights set out in the governing documents.
Novara does not develop, build, flip, broker, or manage property. Any property-level services are engaged by the applicable subsidiary company through qualified providers.
Orientation
Diversified and held for the long term
Novara holds real estate through its subsidiaries with a long-term orientation. Its portfolio spans residential and commercial real estate. It is not a broker, a fund, or a developer, and it does not accept outside investment capital.
